All tuition requirements, parent/student details, contact information, and other information or leads provided by the Tuition Bureau are the exclusive property of HireHomeTutors. Tutors are not authorised to share, disclose, transfer, misuse, or independently use such information for any purpose outside the tuition assigned by the organisation.
If a parent or student cancels, postpones, or withdraws a tuition requirement through the organisation, the tutor must not independently contact or approach the parent/student to restart or continue the tuition outside the organisation. Any subsequent tuition arrangement arising from such information must be handled through HireHomeTutors and remains subject to the organisation's applicable terms and commission.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using HireHomeTutors, registering as a tutor,
submitting a tuition requirement or using our
services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not
use our services.
2. Our Services
HireHomeTutors provides a platform for connecting
students, parents and tutors for home tuition,
online tuition and related educational services.
Our associated tuition websites may use interconnected
systems or databases. Tutor profiles and tuition
requirements may therefore be processed across our
associated websites.

3. Terms for Tutors
Tutors must provide genuine and accurate information
about their identity, qualifications, experience,
subjects, classes, location, fees and availability.

Tutors must maintain professional behaviour.

Tutors must follow the agreed tuition schedule.

Tutors must inform the organisation if they cannot
continue the tuition.

False qualifications, documents or information
may result in removal or suspension.

Tutors must protect student and parent
information.
4. 9% Monthly Commission

Organisation Commission
HireHomeTutors charges a
9% commission every month
on the applicable tuition fee for tuition
arrangements managed through our organisation.
The 9% commission continues every month until the
tuition arrangement officially ends, unless another
arrangement is agreed by the organisation.
5. Fee Collection & Tutor Payment
For managed tuition arrangements, the organisation
will generally collect the upcoming month's tuition
fee from the parent/student in advance.
After the relevant tuition month is completed, the
organisation will release the applicable tutor payment
after deducting the 9% organisation commission
and any other applicable adjustment.
Example:
If the monthly tuition fee is ₹10,000,
9% commission is ₹900 and the tutor amount is
₹9,100, subject to applicable adjustments.
This arrangement continues every month until the
tuition ends.
6. Refund Policy
If a parent/student has paid tuition fees in advance
and the tuition is stopped before all prepaid classes
are completed, the amount relating to the
unused classes may be refunded.
Example:
If payment covers 20 classes and only 8 classes are
completed, the value of the 8 completed classes will
be deducted and the balance for unused classes may
be refunded.
Any applicable dues, agreed charges or other legitimate
adjustments may be deducted before the final refund.
7. Class Start, Continuation & Closure
HireHomeTutors reserves the right to
start, continue, suspend, change or close
a tuition arrangement when necessary.
This may be done because of payment issues,
availability, misconduct, service requirements,
repeated absence, safety concerns, quality issues,
incorrect information or other relevant circumstances.
Organisation's Authority:
HireHomeTutors retains the authority to decide whether
a tuition arrangement should be started, continued,
suspended or closed, subject to applicable law.
8. Terms for Students & Parents
Students, parents and guardians agree to provide
accurate tuition requirements and cooperate with the
tutor and organisation.

Pay tuition fees according to the agreed schedule.

Provide a suitable environment for home tuition.

Treat tutors respectfully.

Inform the organisation about cancellation or
significant changes in tuition requirements.

Do not provide false or misleading information.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Tutors may receive personal information about students,
parents or guardians for tuition purposes.
Such information must be kept confidential and used
only for legitimate tuition-related purposes.

Do not sell or share student information.

Do not publish student information on social media.

Do not use parent/student contact details for
unrelated commercial purposes.

Do not disclose private family information.
These confidentiality responsibilities continue even
after the tuition has ended.

10. Website & Database Property
The HireHomeTutors name, logo, website design, text,
graphics, software, tutor database, tuition database,
content and other website materials are the property
of HireHomeTutors or its respective rights holders.
Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell,
redistribute or commercially use our website content
or databases without written permission.
Database Protection:
Unauthorized copying, downloading, scraping or
redistribution of tutor profiles or tuition
requirements is prohibited.
11. General Rules

Do not create fake or misleading profiles.

Do not submit false qualifications or documents.

Do not harass, threaten or misuse another user.

Do not attempt to access another user's account.

Do not misuse information obtained through
HireHomeTutors.

Do not intentionally bypass the organisation to
avoid applicable commission or agreed payment
arrangements.

HireHomeTutors may suspend or terminate accounts
that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time
to time. The latest version published on this page
will apply to continued use of our services, subject
to applicable law.
